Chancellor's Award Nomination Form

Students, staff and faculty are invited to submit nominations here for a Student, Faculty, Staff, Organization or Department recipient of the Chancellor's Award for Outstanding Contributions to the LGBTQA+ Community. 

In your nomination letter, please describe specific examples of the nominee’s/organization's outstanding contributions to the LGBTQA+ community at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. These examples and stories are essential and may be cited at the award presentation ceremony.

A complete nomination requires:

• Name & Contact Information for the Nominee/Organization
• 3 Letters of Recommendation

Nominations are due March 1, 2025.
