Current Instructions Nomination Form Complete Students, staff and faculty are invited to submit nominations here for a Student, Faculty, Staff, Organization or Department recipient of the Chancellor's Award for Outstanding Contributions to the LGBTQA+ Community. In your nomination letter, please describe specific examples of the nominee’s/organization's outstanding contributions to the LGBTQA+ community at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. These examples and stories are essential and may be cited at the award presentation ceremony.
